USERS' RIGHT TO ERASURE
We are committed to ensuring customers' personal data is not just secure but also properly disposed off when the user becomes inactive. With respect to that, we allow the facility to our users to delete their data and provide them with an acknowledgment within 30 days. Users can send an email to email@example.com with the subject "Delete my data" from their registered email ID. On receiving the email, we would erase the user's data and send them an acknowledgment for the said action. We do advise users to kindly clear all dues and redeem all wallet points before placing a request as once the Deletion process is initiated, users will stand to lose all data associated with the account.
